Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo for a Senior Team Leader. The Senior Team Leader will oversee and guide a team of real estate professionals, ensuring performance targets are met while fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, monitoring individual and team performance, conducting training sessions, and maintaining strong client and developer relationships. The role also involves analyzing market trends, ensuring compliance with company standards, and addressing client needs to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and Team Management skills, including the ability to mentor, guide, and inspire team members.
  • Sales Strategy Development and Performance Management expertise, with a strong focus on achieving targets.
  • Client Relationship Management and Communication skills to build trust and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Strong Real Estate Market Knowledge, including the ability to analyze market trends and offer tailored solutions.
  • Time Management and Organizational skills to effectively oversee multiple projects and responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant sales/real estate software is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field is preferred.
