For our location in Cairo, we are looking for an experienced
IT Asset & Life-Cycle Management
to manage the entire set of IT assets for a company - software, hardware & data assets. They will need to support the implementation of an IT asset strategy, and to be able to consult and procure fit for purpose technology which fulfills the specific Asset & licensing management needs.

What You Will Do To Help Drive Energy Transition

• You will be responsible for the expansion and design of IT asset management for the sonnen Group considering corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.
• You will create, drive and maintain processes for continuous discovery, technical inventory of assets and clustering, standardizing where possible.
• You will be actively participating in the design and further development of tools, guidelines and procedures in the area and environment of IT Asset Management.
• You will be maintaining records/databases on warranties and service contracts for the company's IT assets (hardware and software).
• You will be modelling of the dependencies of business processes on IT services and the associated IT systems.
• You will monitor the complete lifecycle of IT assets (software & hardware).
• You will ensure that internal procedures/guidelines/standards and contractual agreements are guaranteed as part of internal and external audits.
• You will plan the ongoing reconciliation of fixed assets (CAPEX vs. OPEX) with the purchasing and finance department.
• You will work in close cooperation with the various units and respective stakeholders holding IT SW and IT infrastructure assets.

What You Will Need On That Journey

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in the use and development of an asset and configuration management system (CMS, development of CMDB).
• Strong knowledge of the application lifecycle of distributed systems and multi-layered enterprise applications including interface techniques.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic are essential.
