Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid for a Senior Property Consultant. The role involves offering expert consulting services to clients, understanding their real estate needs, and recommending appropriate properties. Day-to-day tasks include managing property listings, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales activities, and discussing market trends and opportunities with clients. The consultant will also help clients navigate property transactions smoothly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Consulting and Real Estate expertise to analyze client needs and suggest suitable properties
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport, address client inquiries, and provide tailored support
  • Sales proficiency to guide transactions, negotiate deals, and achieve sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a professional environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
