Talent360 is hiring for one of our clients an Accounting Executive to manage accounting activities, financial reporting, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate has solid accounting experience, strong analytical skills, and can work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and ledgers.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor budgets, track expenses, and assist in financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
- Support audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights for management decisions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4–6 years of solid experience in accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and reporting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
