EgyCham is a leading HR Consultancy Company, specialized in 3 scopes of business (Training, Consultation and Recruitment) with +15 years of experience in 3 Countries. We are looking for Recruitment & Engagement Manager for one of our clients in the Real Estate Company located in Moqatam.

Role Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top-performing freelance sales agents and property consultants.
  • Conduct interviews and competency assessments to ensure candidates meet performance and cultural standards.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and HR departments to understand manpower needs and align recruitment timelines with business objectives.
  • Design and oversee the onboarding and orientation process for new sales freelancers to ensure fast integration and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • From
    7
    to
    10
    years of experience in
    recruitment
    , including at least 3 years in
    real estate
    companies.
  • Proven experience in hiring sales freelancers, or agents is a MUST.
  • Demonstrated success in high-volume and fast-paced recruitment environments.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate structures, sales cycles, and freelance business models.
  • Excellent sourcing and networking skills using recruitment platforms and social media channels.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Very good up to excellent command of English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Moqatam or nearby residences are preferred.
