Role Description

T
his is a full-time, on-site role for a Creative Event Planner located in Qesm El Maadi. As a Creative Event Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution. Your day-to-day tasks will include conceptualizing event ideas, managing budgets, communicating with clients and vendors, and ensuring events run smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, you will assist with sales activities and identify opportunities to enhance the client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Create 3D concepts, event layouts, and full spatial experiences for exhibitions, stages, corporate events, and activations.
  • Produce high-quality 3D renders and animated walkthroughs that clearly communicate the full event journey.
  • Work closely with the creative and production teams to ensure the designs are both visually powerful and technically executable.
  • Develop moodboards, design directions, and refined concepts based on briefs.
  • Ensure accurate scaling, proportions, and real-world feasibility in all designs.
  • Adapt visuals based on client feedback and team input.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience
    in 3D event design, exhibitions, or interior/experiential design.
  • Strong command of
    3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, Unreal Engine - D5 Render , SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
    .
  • Ability to create smooth, professional event
    walkthrough animations
    .
  • Solid understanding of event production, staging, materials, and fabrication methods.
  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for lighting, storytelling, and spatial composition.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing relevant event projects (mandatory).
