Responsibilities

Lead the conceptualization and execution of performance-driven creative campaigns

Direct and collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors

Own the visual identity of the brand across all platforms

Ensure creative consistency and high-quality production

Brainstorm disruptive ideas that move the needle

Work closely with marketing & media buying teams to align creative with performance

Qualifications

3+ years in creative direction or art direction

Solid understanding of storytelling, branding, and visual hierarchy

Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams

Strong communication skills (in Arabic & English is a plus)

Strong Management skills, Clickup, Notion, or Asana.

Obsessed with trends, yet not afraid to create your own
