Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiting Intern, based in New Cairo. As a Recruiting Intern, you will perform a variety of tasks such as sourcing and hiring talent, conducting interviews, and assisting with onboarding initiatives. You will also support recruitment activities, maintain communication with candidates, and assist in training coordination as required. This position provides hands-on experience in the recruitment process and the chance to develop essential skills in a professional environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience or interest in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing
  • Excellent Communication skills for engaging with candidates and coordinating with team members
  • Familiarity or interest in Training processes
  • Proven organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively within an on-site team in New Cairo
  • Relevant coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
