Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Team Leader, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Team Leader will manage day-to-day operations, ensure customer satisfaction, oversee customer support, and handle customer service management tasks. Responsibilities include guiding team members, monitoring performance, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining communication standards.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Management, Customer Service, and Customer Support skills
- Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt
- Experience in a customer service or BPO environment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
