Job Summary:

We are looking for a
Senior Odoo Developer
with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Odoo applications and modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, deep understanding of Odoo frameworks, and the ability to customize and integrate business processes into the Odoo ecosystem.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient ERP solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize
    Odoo modules
    (both backend and frontend) based on business needs.
  • Analyze requirements and translate them into
    technical specifications and functional designs
    .
  • Perform
    Odoo version upgrades
    , migrations, and performance optimizations.
  • Develop
    API integrations
    and connect Odoo with third-party systems.
  • Troubleshoot and debug technical issues, ensuring system reliability and security.
  • Participate in
    Odoo implementation projects
    , including configuration, customization, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Maintain proper
    documentation
    for developed modules and technical processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience
    in Odoo development (Community and/or Enterprise editions).
  • Strong knowledge of
    Python
    ,
    PostgreSQL
    , and Odoo's ORM framework.
  • Experience with
    Odoo architecture
    , module development, and customization.
  • Hands-on experience with
    front-end technologies
    (JavaScript, XML, QWeb, HTML, CSS).
  • Understanding of
    business workflows
    (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
  • Familiarity with
    Linux environments
    and version control systems (Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
