Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:
• Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach.
• Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our products & services.
• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
• Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high
professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
• Research client needs and identifies how our solutions address them.
• Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
• Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.
• Provide on-the-ground support for sales engineers as they generate leads and close new deals.
• Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and
monitor progress.
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.
• Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
• Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand,
changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Track sales target progress and report results every quarter.
• Follow up on the collection of payments for the sales.
• Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
• Prepare sales reports monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually as needed.
• Provide monthly pipeline updates.
• Introduce new products.
• Develop new sales initiatives depending on market analysis & needs.
Job Qualifications:
• A Bachelor degree of Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• Proficiency of English Language.
• Proficiency of using Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
