Role Overview

As a Content Creator Specialist at Dafater, you will play a key role in shaping how our SaaS solutions are positioned, communicated, and understood across the GCC market.

You will be responsible for producing high-quality, SEO-driven, and audience-focused content that translates complex software solutions into clear business value. Working closely with product, marketing, and technical teams, your content will support brand visibility, user engagement, and lead generation in a competitive SaaS environment.

This role is ideal for a content professional who combines creativity with business understanding and data-driven thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and continuously optimize a structured content calendar, delivering high-quality blogs, social media posts, videos, infographics, and campaign assets aligned with Dafater's SaaS solutions.
• Create SEO-optimized content that supports organic traffic growth, engagement, and lead generation while maintaining clarity and relevance.
• Adapt content to reflect the cultural, linguistic, and business context of the GCC market, ensuring alignment with regional tone and expectations.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, marketers, and developers to produce product-oriented content that clearly communicates features, user benefits, and market positioning.
• Manage and grow Dafater's social media presence, creating engaging posts, selecting relevant hashtags, and interacting with the GCC audience to strengthen brand awareness.
• Stay up to date with SaaS, ERP, and digital transformation trends, particularly those impacting businesses in the GCC region.
• Monitor and analyze content performance using SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar), providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, supported by a strong content portfolio demonstrating writing quality, creativity, and strategic thinking.
• 2+ years of experience in content creation, including at least 1 year within the SaaS industry serving the GCC market.
• Excellent Arabic written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of SaaS business models, with the ability to explain complex software solutions in a clear, engaging, and business-focused manner.
• Proven experience creating content that performs well in search engines, with hands-on exposure to SEO and analytics platforms.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes in the SaaS landscape and evolving market needs.
• Strong creative vision combined with a results-oriented and data-informed mindset.
• High attention to detail in grammar, tone, consistency, and brand alignment.
