Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supply Chain and Production Planning Specialist based in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The role involves developing and managing efficient production schedules and plans, ensuring optimal resource allocation, coordinating with procurement and production teams, monitoring workflow, analyzing production data, and making adjustments as necessary to meet business goals. Additionally, the role entails maintaining effective communication with relevant stakeholders to ensure supply chain and production activities run smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Production Schedules and Production Planning for efficient workflow management
  • Advanced Analytical Skills and capability in resource allocation and decision-making
  • Strong Planning abilities to optimize supply chain and production requirements
  • Excellent Communication skills to coordinate effectively with teams and stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
  • Proficiency in production-specific software tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in supply chain or production planning is a plus
  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic environments and work efficiently under deadlines
