About company: We are a leading full events solutions company providing concept designing, production and lighting solutions for mega and iconic events for over 30 years in the MENA region.

Job Summary: #Site_Engineer is responsible for the technical planning, supervision, and execution of on-site event decoration elements.

Job Responsibilities: -

  • Technical Interpretation and Layout:
  • Act as the
    main technical advisor
    on-site, interpreting complex event design drawings, CAD plans, and engineering specifications for structures, trussing, staging, LED screens, and lighting setups.
  • Accurately
    set out and survey
    the event site, determining the precise location and levels for all production elements.
  • On-Site Supervision and Quality Control:
  • Oversee and manage
    all on-site installation and dismantling activities, including subcontractors and technical crews.
  • Conduct regular
    site inspections
    to monitor progress and ensure strict compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and all local and international safety regulations (e.g., rigging, electrical, structural stability).
  • Inspect and verify the quality and quantity of delivered materials (trussing, LED panels, cabling, etc.).
  • Coordination and Problem-Solving:
  • Liaise
    effectively with the Project Manager, Technical Director, designers, clients, and sub-contractors to ensure seamless project flow.
  • Proactively
    identify and resolve technical challenges
    or site discrepancies that may arise during the setup process to prevent delays.
  • Coordinate the efficient allocation and usage of equipment, labor, and materials on site.
  • Safety and Compliance:
  • Be responsible for implementing and enforcing strict
    Health and Safety
    procedures on the event site.
  • Ensure all temporary structures and electrical installations meet required safety codes and are certified before the event opening.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive
    site records
    , progress reports, and site diaries.
  • Document all changes, variations, and non-compliance issues, and assist in preparing completion reports.

Qualifications
:

1- Educational Background Required: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering.

2-
Experience:Minimum 3 to 5 years
of experience as a Site Engineer, preferably with experience in
live events, temporary structures, large-scale production, or specialized construction
.

3- Proficiency in interpreting
CAD drawings
and technical specifications.

4- Strong knowledge of
rigging, trussing systems (e.g., Eurotruss), staging, and temporary structure standards
.

5- Excellent in English.

6- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
