Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining program offerings, answering inquiries, and closing sales. Additional duties include maintaining excellent customer service, responding to customer-support needs, and providing training and guidance on course selection.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
  • Proven abilities in Customer Support and Sales
  • Experience in providing training or guidance to customers is advantageous
  • Proficiency in creating rapport and building relationships with clients
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or a related field
  • Fluency in English (oral and written); additional languages are a plus
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets within a team-oriented environment
