The Role: HR Specialist - OD & Total Rewards

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team in Egypt. This role is pivotal in driving our organizational effectiveness by focusing on compensation, performance culture, and employee growth.

Grade Level: G6 (Based on Mima Foods Salary Structure)

Key Responsibilities:

* Performance Management: Administer the company's new Annual Performance Appraisal system, ensuring KPIs (70% Technical, 20% Behavioral) are effectively linked to career progression and salary movement within the defined grades (G1-G16).

* Total Rewards System: Develop, implement, and manage the Total Rewards strategy, including salary structure adherence, variable pay, benefits, and incentives, ensuring competitiveness and internal equity.

* Organizational Development (OD): Support the design and implementation of the Succession Planning module and career paths for key technical roles (e.g., QC Shift Leaders, Engineers).

* Job Evaluation & Grading: Conduct job analysis and evaluations to maintain the integrity of the 15-grade salary structure.

* Training & Development: Identify training needs based on performance gaps and coordinate required programs (e.g., BRCGS training for QA/QC teams).

Qualifications and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Minimum 2-4 years of proven experience in HR, with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and OD.

* Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in using MS Excel for compensation modeling and data analysis.

* Strong knowledge of performance management methodologies and experience linking pay to performance.

* Elsadat city residence is a must
