Electrical Site Engineer

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate electrical works
on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and deadlines.

Review electrical drawings, plans, and layouts
, and provide technical support to resolve design and execution issues during construction.

Monitor installation of electrical systems
, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, and communication systems.

Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, contractors, and suppliers
to ensure seamless integration of electrical works with overall site activities.

Conduct inspections and testing
of electrical installations, ensuring quality control and adherence to applicable codes (e.g., NEC, IEC).

Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
, maintain project documentation, and assist in preparing As-Built drawings and handover packages.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
or a related field from an accredited institution.

4–6 years of proven experience
in electrical site execution within the construction industry (residential, commercial, or industrial projects).

Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards
, and construction site procedures.

Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.

Hands-on experience with electrical testing equipment
, cable sizing, load calculations, and troubleshooting.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills
, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
