Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson based in Markaz Shebin El Kom, with some opportunities for working from home. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, building and maintaining relationships with merchants and clients, and achieving sales targets. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing tailored financial solutions, and representing Souhoola in the assigned territory. The Salesperson will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and participate in relevant training sessions to stay updated on the company's offerings.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and deliver customized financial solutions
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital tools
  • Time management and organizational skills for meeting targets and deadlines
  • Experience in financial services or consumer finance is a plus
  • Ability to work in a hybrid role, managing time effectively between office and remote work
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
