Job Description

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing and managing marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and agencies, and supporting the overall marketing and sales strategy for Urbnlanes' developments.

1. Marketing Campaign Execution

  • Plan, execute, and monitor
    online and offline marketing campaigns
    for real estate projects.
  • Manage advertising across
    social media, Google Ads, and real estate platforms
    (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.).
  • Track campaign performance and prepare regular analysis reports.

2. Social Media & Content Management

  • Create and schedule engaging
    social media content
    (images, captions, videos, and stories).
  • Manage social media accounts and respond to followers' inquiries.
  • Ensure all marketing content aligns with Urbnlanes' brand identity.

3. Event & Sales Support

  • Support
    sales events, property launches, and exhibitions
    .
  • Coordinate with the sales team to create marketing materials (brochures, presentations, banners).
  • Assist in organizing and promoting
    open houses and promotional activities
    .

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor
    market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
    .
  • Provide insights on customer behavior and campaign effectiveness.
  • Suggest marketing improvements based on data-driven findings.

5. Coordination with Design & Media Teams

  • Collaborate with designers, agencies, and production suppliers.
  • Follow up on content and artwork to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.

6. Administrative & Reporting Tasks

  • Maintain organized files of marketing campaigns and events.
  • Track marketing budgets, deadlines, and performance reports.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in day-to-day departmental activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
    in
    Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field
    .
  • 1–3 years of experience
    in marketing (preferably in the
    real estate or property development sector
    ).
  • Solid understanding of
    digital marketing and social media management
    .
  • Strong
    communication, presentation, and coordination skills
    .
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and design.
  • Proficient in
    Microsoft Office
    and marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Analytics, CRM).
  • Ability to work in a
    fast-paced, team-oriented environment
    .
