Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Representative in the wood industry at Alto Furniture. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers via phone, providing excellent customer service and support, and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. Tasks include identifying customer needs, presenting product solutions, resolving inquiries, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, collaboration with team members and participation in training sessions will be essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers over the phone
- Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support for handling inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
- Sales expertise, including upselling and meeting targets, to drive business growth
- Willingness to participate in Training sessions for continuous improvement and product knowledge development
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
- Prior experience in the wood/furniture industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
