Position Overview:

We are seeking a
Strategy Manager
to drive the company's strategic vision and ensure its successful execution in Egypt's competitive market. This role is critical for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that fuel growth, strengthen our competitive position, and align with the organization's long-term goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute long-term strategic plans that align with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure strategy alignment and execution.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure the success of strategic initiatives and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Manage budgets for strategic projects and optimize resource allocation.
  • Communicate strategic plans and progress effectively to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, alliances, and investment opportunities to support growth.
  • Drive organizational transformation projects, ensuring processes and structures are optimized for efficiency and scalability.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership for informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in strategic management, preferably in commercial or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
