Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Fluent English Customer Support position located in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some work-from-home opportunities. The role involves addressing customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and providing exceptional support. The selected candidate will contribute to building positive relationships with customers and ensuring an outstanding service experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver an excellent service experience.
  • Proficient Interpersonal Skills for effectively engaging and communicating with customers and internal teams.
  • Experience in Technical Support to efficiently resolve issues and provide guidance for technical challenges.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to understand and address customer needs and resolve problems effectively.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Previous experience in customer support, especially in telecommunications or retail sectors, is an advantage.
