We are looking for a seasoned and proactive developer to lead our .NET development efforts. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain both web and desktop applications using ASP.NET WebForms, .NET APIs, WinForms and DevExpress, interact with SQL databases (with stored procedures/functions), and guide a small team. Fluency in English is required for communication, documentation, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a small team of developers: assign tasks, perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, ensure code quality and best practices.

Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET WebForms and .NET (C#).

Develop and maintain backend APIs using .NET 6+ / .NET Framework as required. Support integration between frontend (web) and backend services.

Work on desktop/WinForms applications when needed — build UI, business logic, and integrate with backend and database.

Use UI/component libraries (e.g. DevExpress) for building rich user interfaces.

Design, create, and maintain SQL Server database objects: tables, functions, stored procedures, queries, and data access layers. Optimize queries and ensure data integrity and performance.

Troubleshoot, debug, and fix bugs in both new and existing applications (web and desktop). Refactor legacy code as necessary.

Document architecture, design decisions, APIs, database schema and procedures, and ensure good documentation for maintenance and team onboarding.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. product, QA, operations) to understand requirements, estimate tasks, and deliver solutions on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience (typically 5+ years) in .NET development using C# and ASP.NET WebForms.

Proven experience building and maintaining backend APIs (.NET 6+ / .NET Framework) — ability to design RESTful or internal APIs.

Solid experience with desktop application development (WinForms or similar).

Proficient with UI/component libraries/frameworks such as DevExpress (or equivalent) for web or desktop UIs.

Strong database skills: Microsoft SQL Server (or similar), ability to write and maintain stored procedures, functions, complex queries, optimize DB performance.

Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML, JS/jQuery/CSS) helps for full stack maintenance (since WebForms often mixes server & client).

Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), software architecture principles and patterns.

Excellent problem solving, debugging and troubleshooting skills; ability to handle legacy code and refactoring tasks.

Strong communication skills in English (spoken + written) — for documentation, coordination with stakeholders/clients, and team leadership.
