Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant, located in Qesm 1st Kafr El Sheikh. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for managing client relationships, preparing and presenting property options, analyzing market trends, conducting site visits with prospective clients, and negotiating sales agreements. The role also involves identifying business opportunities and collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management
  • Understanding of Property Market Analysis, Market Research, and Real Estate Consultancy
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and property management systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines
  • Experience in the real estate industry is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
