Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a 2D and Motion Designer, based in Cairo, Egypt. The designer will be responsible for creating engaging 2D designs, animations, and motion graphics that align with MICO WORLD's branding standards. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing creative ideas, designing promotional content, editing motion videos, and collaborating closely with the marketing and product teams to deliver innovative visual assets. The role requires a balance of artistic creativity and technical animation expertise to create dynamic content for MICO WORLD's global audience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in 2D Design and knowledge of relevant design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Strong expertise in Motion Graphics and Animation with proficiency in tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other industry-standard software.
  • Creativity in conceptualizing and developing unique designs, layouts, and visual content.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent skills in editing and crafting visually appealing motion video projects.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and product teams.
  • Strong communication skills to present and pitch design ideas effectively.
  • Experience in producing digital content for global brands is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media video content creation trends is beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Media Arts, or related field preferred.
