Role Description

This is a
Full-time hybrid role
for a
Telesales Representative
located in New Cairo, with some work from home flexibility. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and identifying sales opportunities. They will also follow up on leads, build and maintain customer relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Excellent
    communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven
    customer service and telesales experience
    , preferably in the
    education or training sector
  • Strong ability to
    understand customer needs
    and present suitable training or technology solutions
  • Good organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to
    work independently
    and perform effectively in a
    hybrid (office + remote)
    environment
  • Familiarity with
    CRM systems
    , lead management tools, and basic computer applications (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office)
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field
    is preferred
