Over Construction is a dynamic, high-growth contracting company specializing in building trust and delivering on promises. Our core value is simple: We Deliver On Time, On Budget. We focus on medium to large-scale B2B and B2C projects, setting a new standard for reliability in the construction industry. We are currently scaling our digital presence through aggressive paid media strategies and are looking for a strategic thinker to lead our performance marketing efforts.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Media Buyer to lead our paid advertising strategy. This role is highly critical as we focus on aggressive lead generation and brand authority building across digital channels.

The Challenge: This is not a typical role. We currently do not have an active company website. Your mission is to leverage platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and Meta to generate high-quality, qualified leads directly without relying on website conversion tracking or landing pages.

Your Mission:

Lead Generation: Design and execute high-converting campaigns focused on In-Platform Lead Forms, Call-Only Ads, and Direct Messaging (WhatsApp/Messenger).

Budget Ownership: Manage a significant budget to achieve ambitious Cost Per Qualified Lead (CPQL) targets.

B2B & B2G Focus: Dominate the B2B & B2G space on LinkedIn, driving contacts from Developers, CEOs, and Project Managers.

Strategy & Tracking: Implement robust tracking solutions (UTMs, CRM integration) to measure true ROI in the absence of a conventional website pixel.

What You'll Bring:

4+ years of hands-on experience in performance media buying.

Proven expertise in designing and optimizing LinkedIn Lead Generation Campaigns is mandatory.

Deep understanding of Local SEO and Call-Only Ads strategies on Google.

An analytical mindset with a zero-tolerance policy for wasteful spending.
