We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead the development of our new Student Application Portal/Website. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of developers and ensure the successful delivery of a platform that allows students to explore universities, programs, requirements, and application options for studying abroad.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for the student portal/website.


• Supervise, guide, and support the development team to meet project milestones.


• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and technical requirements.


• Coordinate between developers, designers, and business/operations teams.


• Conduct regular follow-ups, sprint planning, and progress meetings.


• Ensure the portal includes features such as:


• University search and filtering


• Program details


• Admission requirements


• Application tracking


• User accounts and dashboards


• Review project progress and ensure high-quality outputs.


• Identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure timely resolution.


• Prepare project reports and communicate updates to management.


• Ensure the platform is user-friendly, responsive, and scalable.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.


• Proven experience as a Project Manager in software or website development.


• Strong technical background and understanding of web technologies.


• Experience managing developers and cross-functional teams.


• Excellent organizational and time management skills.


• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.


• Experience in Agile/Scrum is a plus.


• Knowledge of CRM, LMS, or education-related systems is an advantage.
