Department: Marketing & Sales

Job Purpose

To drive B2B revenue growth by selling Butcher's corporate solutions — including vouchers, direct meal supply, catering, events, and partnerships — while building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Sales


• Prospect, pitch, and close deals with corporate clients (banks, petroleum companies, agencies).


• Sell across the full product basket:

- Corporate vouchers & gift solutions (customizable and co-branded).

- Direct meal supply & office-ready catering.

- Corporate catering & event hosting at Butcher's branches.

- Partnership packages (discount programs, co-marketing, and wedding/event planners).

- catering deals (concerts/ festivals/ School events / universities / etc….).

  1. Client Relationship Management


• Serve as primary contact for corporate accounts, ensuring smooth handover to operations.


• Follow up on orders, catering events, and activations to ensure client satisfaction.


• Build long-term partnerships that drive repeat business.

  1. Market Intelligence & Reporting


• Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor monitoring.


• Provide regular updates to the Marketing Manager on leads, pipeline, and closed deals.


• Recommend improvements to pricing, bundles, and activation opportunities.

  1. Collaboration


• Work with Operations and Marketing teams to ensure flawless execution of events and corporate orders.


• Support marketing campaigns targeting corporate clients and partners.


• Coordinate with Finance for timely invoicing and payment collection.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)


• Monthly and quarterly corporate revenue target achievement.


• Number of new corporate accounts closed per quarter.


• Repeat business rate (returning corporate clients).


• Contribution to catering and event revenue.


• Lead-to-deal conversion rate.

Required Skills & Competencies


• Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.


• Understanding of F&B industry dynamics and catering operations.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Arabic).


• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable with field sales.


• Good organizational and planning skills.


• Flexibility to work evenings/weekends for events as required.

Experience & Qualifications


• Minimum 1-3 years in corporate sales, event sales, or B2B partnerships (F&B/Hotels/Events preferred).


• Proven record of achieving revenue targets.


• Valid driving license and personal car preferred.
