Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Record all journal entries in the accounting system (ERP).
  • Review accounts and ensure balances are accurate and reconciled.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations for assets, liabilities, expenses, and revenues accounts.
  • Prepare and post monthly accruals and prepayments.
  • Maintain fixed assets register and record depreciation.
  • Support in preparing monthly financial statements and periodical reports.
  • Perform month-end closing and prepare closing reports and schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records ready for audit.

Job Requirements

  • · Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • · 3 – 5 years of experience in Accounting, preferably in GL function.
  • · Experience in industrial or large corporate environment is preferred.
  • · Good knowledge of IFRS.
  • · Proficient in ERP systems and MS Excel.
