Reviewer (Hybried)

Job purpose:
The
Reviewer
ensures the quality, accuracy, and consistency of translated content by thoroughly reviewing and providing feedback on translations, performing quality assurance and proofreading tasks. This role involves collaborating with project managers, translators, and clients to resolve issues and improve the translation process. The Reviewer also monitors team performance, drives process improvements, and fosters a culture of continuous learning and high job satisfaction within the team. The position is integral in maintaining high standards of translation quality and meeting project deadlines.

Job Description :

• Review translated content for accuracy, fluency, cultural appropriateness, and adherence to style guides, ensuring the translation is consistent, error-free, and aligned with the tone and terminology of the source content.
• Conduct thorough QA checks, providing constructive feedback to translators and ensuring the correct use of approved terminology. Work closely with project managers and clients to resolve any translation-related queries and improve quality.
• Maintain consistent communication with project managers and clients regarding translation quality, any potential improvements, and to address feedback from the client or QA reports.
• Monitor and manage team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to translators to enhance their skills and ensure high-quality output. - Actively identify and address barriers to productivity and quality within the team.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and quality across projects, and drive the implementation of these changes.
• Take ownership of assigned projects, proactively solving complex issues and managing crises as they arise to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality work.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities to translators for job enrichment and internal promotions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Contribute to creating an inspiring and inclusive team culture, fostering open communication, high job satisfaction, and alignment with leadership principles.

Requirements :

• +5 years' experience in Translation (localization field)
• Coordination effectively with a wide range of audiences in a diverse environment.
• Previous experience coordinating and coaching people.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Work Conditions:

• Working Days: 5 Working Days
• Days Off:2 Days Off (Sat and Sun days)
• Working Hours: 9:00 A.M 6:00 P.M
