Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing IT team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support for a variety of Infrastructure technologies. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex issues and ensure efficient and effective support operations. This role requires a good understanding of Microsoft, Linux and Virtualization technologies.

What You'll Be Doing

Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the customer, Service Providers, and other teams to maintain a stable and smooth infrastructure operations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the infrastructure team.

Experience, Qualification And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • About 2 years of experience in System Administration and Infrastructure.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge in using Application Monitoring tools (Prometheus Stack, Dynatrace, Datadog, ...) is preferred.
  • Experience with Virtualization technologies.
  • Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash).
  • Understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.) a plus.
  • Experience in OS Administration (Linux or Windows).
  • Experience in Microsoft Infrastructure (Especially Active Directory, ADFS, and CA) is a must.
  • Experience with Database technologies is preferred.
