*Job Description*

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Sales Representative at Orthohouse located in Cairo, Egypt. The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including building and maintaining customer relationships, promoting and selling medical devices, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with healthcare professionals.

*Key Responsibilities*


• To meet sales targets and secure the sale of the specified products within a specific area by exploring potential sales opportunities in the area, nurturing and preserving relationships with potential and existing customers, managing the order fulfillment and collection process, keeping customers satisfied with their products, and reporting on the activities of competitors.


• Create forecasts and strategies for the sales of the designated product that align with the company's goals and get approval from the supervisor.


• Attend marketing events, conferences, workshops, and promotional activities related to the area and accounts that sell the designated products.


• Provide expert technical support to customers, ensuring follow-up on their satisfaction with the product's installation, operation, use, and upkeep.


• Report on the strategies, feedback from customers, successes, and the potential for sales, as well as the competition's activities.

*Qualifications*


• Educational background: Pharmacist - Physician - Vet- Science preferable with orthopedic field experience


• Minimum 2 year of experience in the field or related field


• Medical Sales and Communication skills


• Good understanding of Medicine and medical terminology


• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
