Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant, located in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for consulting with clients to identify their real estate needs, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding clients through the buying or selling process. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, understanding their requirements, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining updated knowledge of market conditions and trends.

Qualifications

  • Strong Consulting and Sales skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Real Estate experience and knowledge of the local market
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
  • Professional certification in real estate is an advantage
