Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Heliopolis for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Additional tasks include conducting market research, preparing business proposals, and developing strategies to expand the company's client base. The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Revenue Growth
- Experience in Market Research, Strategy Development, and Business Proposal Preparation
- Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in HR-related services or consulting is a plus
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
