Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong expertise in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing a wide range of visual materials — from corporate reports and marketing brochures to social media visuals and presentation layouts — ensuring all outputs reflect a professional, consistent, and high-quality brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and layout corporate reports, business documents, and publications using Adobe InDesign (e.g., annual reports, consulting reports, and internal performance reports).

Create marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, infographics, and social media posts in line with brand guidelines.

Design and refine icons, visual assets, and presentation materials for internal and external use.

Collaborate with marketing, communications, and business development teams to ensure creative alignment and consistency.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Prepare and optimize designs for digital and print production.

Maintain a deep understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout principles.

Contribute to the development and evolution of the company's visual identity system.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in graphic design, particularly in InDesign-based report and publication design.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); experience with other tools such as After Effects or Figma is a plus.

Excellent sense of composition, color, and typography.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work.

Ability to interpret complex information visually and transform text-heavy reports into engaging designs.

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.

Familiarity with corporate branding and marketing principles.

Portfolio demonstrating experience in report design, print materials, and digital marketing visuals.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience working with corporate, consulting, or creative agencies.

Knowledge of layout grids, master pages, and data-driven templates in InDesign.

Understanding of printing specifications and color management.
