Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic
Senior Marketing / Graphic Designer
to lead marketing initiatives and deliver compelling visual content that strengthens our brand presence. This role combines high-level marketing expertise with hands-on design skills, making it ideal for a versatile professional who excels at both strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Strategy

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Lead campaign planning, including concept development, target audience analysis, messaging, and timelines.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts across social media, email marketing, paid ads, and website content.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communications and customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop annual marketing plans, budgets, and KPIs.

Graphic Design & Creative Direction

  • Create visually engaging content including brand assets, social media graphics, brochures, presentations, web banners, packaging, and promotional materials.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive visual identity.
  • Lead creative brainstorming sessions and provide direction to designers, photographers, and external agencies.
  • Oversee the full design process from concept to final production, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
  • Manage and curate visual content for digital platforms, ensuring all creative aligns with brand standards and campaign goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or creative roles (senior level preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both marketing campaigns and graphic design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other design tools.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms, SEO/SEM, analytics tools, and social media trends.
  • Strong copywriting or content creation abilities (a plus).
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
