Job Title: Quality Control Laboratory Technician (Ready-Mix Concrete)

Company: Better Mix for Ready-Mix Concrete.

Job Purpose:

To perform laboratory tests and inspections on concrete, aggregates, cement, and water to ensure compliance with company standards, project specifications, and quality control requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine testing of concrete (slump test, compression strength, temperature, etc.).

Test raw materials such as aggregates, cement, and water according to standard specifications (ASTM / BS / ES).

Prepare concrete mix designs and verify mix performance.

Record, analyze, and report all test results accurately and on time.

Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure calibration is up to date.

Monitor production quality at batching plants and project sites.

Report any non-conformities or deviations to the Quality Control Engineer.

Ensure safety procedures and good housekeeping in the laboratory.

Support quality audits and documentation for ISO and project requirements.

Qualifications:

Technical diploma or bachelor's degree, Construction Materials, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in ready-mix concrete or construction materials testing.

Familiarity with ASTM, BS, and Egyptian Standards for concrete testing.

Ability to use testing equipment (compressive machine, sieve shaker, slump cone, etc.).

Strong attention to detail and reporting accuracy.

Good communication skills and teamwork.

الغرض من الوظيفة:

تنفيذ الاختبارات والفحوصات المعملية على الخرسانة والركام والأسمنت والمياه لضمان مطابقتها لمواصفات الشركة والمشروعات ومعايير الجودة المعتمدة.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:

إجراء الاختبارات الدورية للخرسانة مثل اختبار الهبوط (Slump Test)، ومقاومة الضغط، ودرجة الحرارة.

اختبار المواد الخام (الركام، الأسمنت، المياه) طبقًا للمواصفات القياسية (ASTM / BS / ES).

إعداد وتصميم خلطات الخرسانة ومتابعة أدائها.

تسجيل وتحليل نتائج الاختبارات وإعداد التقارير بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد.

صيانة ومعايرة الأجهزة المعملية بانتظام.

متابعة جودة الإنتاج في محطات الخلط ومواقع المشروعات.

الإبلاغ عن أي انحرافات أو مخالفات في الجودة إلى مهندس مراقبة الجودة.

الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة والنظافة داخل المعمل.

المساهمة في عمليات التدقيق والجودة الخاصة بـ ISO والمشروعات.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

دبلوم فني أو بكالوريوس في مواد البناء أو تخصص مشابه.

خبرة من سنة إلى ثلاث سنوات في معامل الخرسانة الجاهزة أو مواد البناء.

معرفة بالمواصفات القياسية المصرية والعالمية (ASTM / BS) لاختبارات الخرسانة.

القدرة على استخدام أجهزة الاختبار المختلفة (آلة الضغط، جهاز المناخل، مخروط الهبوط... إلخ).

دقة في الملاحظة والتقارير الفنية.

مهارات تواصل وعمل ضمن فريق.
