Role Description

Star Trans is seeking a full-time Panel Builder Design Engineer to join our team at our facility in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The role involves designing, building, and assembling electrical control and distribution panels. Day-to-day responsibilities include wiring, soldering, using hand and power tools, and performing mechanical assembly of components to ensure efficient and high-quality electrical panel construction. The role requires attention to detail, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to adhere to safety and quality standards in an on-site setting.

Qualifications

  • Practical experience with Soldering and Panel Wiring
  • Proficiency in the use of Power Tools and Hand Tools
  • Skills in Mechanical Assembly and understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to read and interpret technical drawings or schematics
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities in electrical systems
  • Knowledge of safety standards and protocols in an industrial environment
  • Technical diploma, degree, or certification in electrical engineering or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the electrical transformer or panel construction industry is advantageous
