Job Description
:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Medical Scribe
to join our team and support U.S. medical providers. As a Medical Scribe, you will play a critical role in streamlining the workflow of healthcare providers by accurately documenting patient encounters and ensuring that all medical records are prepared for timely review and sign-off.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Documentation
  : Accurately update U.S. medical provider platforms with patient prescriptions, visit notes, and relevant medical data.
• Communication Management
  : Handle incoming inquiries from U.S. healthcare providers through email and online messaging platforms, ensuring prompt and clear responses.
• Scribing
  : Assist medical providers by transcribing patient visit notes, ensuring that all patient charts are complete, accurate, and ready for final review and sign-off.
• Workflow Support
  : Contribute to improving the efficiency and accuracy of healthcare providers' daily operations by ensuring all documentation is timely and properly recorded.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English
  : Proficiency in English (B2 – C1 level) is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Medical Education
  : A degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, or a related medical field is mandatory.
• Relevant Experience
  : Prior experience as a Medical Assistant, Intern, or Pharmacist is essential.
• Technical Proficiency
  : Strong computer skills and fast typing abilities are required to efficiently manage patient data and communications.

Work Conditions:

• Location
  : On-site in
  El Nozha
  , Cairo.
• Schedule
  : Full-time position with fixed night and overnight shifts:

Shift 1: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Shift 2: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Shift 3: 1:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Days Off
: Two fixed days off per week.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Net Salary
  : 17,200 EGP Net
