Business Analyst Role

The Business Analyst – Hospitality Business Development plays a key supporting role in the evaluation and preparation of new hotels and branded residences development opportunities. The position focuses on conducting market research and analysis, tourism trends, hospitality performance, coordinating feasibility inputs, and compiling professional presentations and investment materials for internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, and proactive, with strong analytical and presentation skills and an interest in the hospitality sector.

Qualifications & Experience


• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.


• Experience: 2–3 years in real estate development, hospitality research, or investment analysis.


• Technical Skills:

a) Excellent PowerPoint and Excel proficiency.

b) Strong research and data visualization capabilities.

c) Familiarity with hotel performance and real estate indicators is an advantage.

d) Language: Excellent command of English (spoken and written).

Key Responsibilities

  1. Market Research & Benchmarking


• Conduct research on tourism trends, hospitality supply pipelines, and competitive performance by market.


• Maintain and update internal research libraries, country fact sheets, and project benchmark folders.


• Summarize findings into concise executive slides and tables.

  1. Project Evaluation & Analysis


• Support the assessment of new development and acquisition opportunities through data collection, market research, and benchmarking.


• Liaise with internal and external feasibility teams to obtain key financial figures.


• Prepare summary reports and visual analyses that translate research findings into clear conclusions.


• Maintain updated databases of ongoing and pipeline projects.

  1. Presentation & Proposal Preparation


• Compile professional pitch decks, proposals, and investment committee materials based on provided project briefs.


• Ensure all materials meet ADD Properties' corporate and brand presentation standards.


• Assist in formatting, proofreading, and ensuring consistency across all deliverables.


• Support coordination of content contributions from design, development, and finance teams.

  1. Departmental Coordination & Administration


• Assist in the administrative organization of the Business Development department (document archiving, trackers, templates, Business Intelligence, Shared Folders).


• Coordinate information flow between internal departments and external stakeholders.


• Support scheduling, meeting notes, and internal reporting processes as required
