Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers, building customer relationships, promoting and selling the company's products, and delivering excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing sales activities, conducting regular communication with clients, and organizing training sessions to educate clients about the company's medical products and services.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effectively engaging with clients and stakeholders
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service, with the ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Experience in sales management and training, with a focus on achieving sales targets and fostering team development
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical or medical products and a customer-first mindset is preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting performance goals
  • Educational background in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field is an advantage
