Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi for a Sales Cashier at Maven Cosmetics. The Sales Cashier will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, providing product information, handling sales transactions, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales area, managing cash registers, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Basic knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, and hair care products
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous experience in retail or accounting is a plus
  • Bachelor degree
