Receptionist Needed
for Next Developments, a leading company in the Real estate development field.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Organize appointments, meetings, and handle daily correspondence.
- Draft and send professional letters and emails in both Arabic and English.
- Update client records and manage data through CRM systems.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
Requirements
:
- well-presented, polite, and organized.
- Bachelor's degree (high education required).
- 3–5 years of experience as a receptionist, preferably in real estate development companies.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Strong writing skills in both Arabic and English (especially in formal letters and email communication).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Preferably a resident of Hadayeq Al Ahram or nearby areas.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work effectively within a team.
