Role Description

This is a full-time remote role based in Egypt, with flexibility for remote work. The Senior Accountant - ERPNext will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations within the organization. Daily tasks will include using ERPNext for financial reporting, optimizing accounting workflows, performing reconciliations, supporting budget preparation, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role also involves providing strategic insights, streamlining systems, and collaborating with other departments to improve financial processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in accounting software such as ERPNext, financial reporting, and financial analysis
  • Strong understanding of budget preparation, financial planning, and cash flow management
  • Experience in reconciliations, auditing, tax compliance, and accounting workflows
  • Proficient in using spreadsheets and data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, coordinating both in-office and remote tasks
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining ERP systems is advantageous
  • Quickbooks knowledge is a huge plus.
  • Fluent English communication both written and spoken is recommended.
  • The knowledge of US financial systems is a must.

Salary starts from $800 USD monthly for full-time role.
