Job Location: Madinaty, New Cairo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons designed for the Secondary Stage, following the Egyptian National Curriculum.
  • Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs, encouraging critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration among students.
  • Assess student performance through regular tests, assignments, and projects, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
  • Maintain an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that fosters respect, dignity, and a passion for learning.
  • Facilitate discussions and debates that encourage students to express their opinions and develop their analytical skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a rigorous curriculum that integrates various subjects and deepens understanding.
  • Engage with parents to discuss student progress and develop strategies for reinforcing learning at home.
  • Participate in professional development programs to hone teaching skills and stay updated on educational best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience teaching English at the Secondary Stage is essential.
  • Deep understanding of English language and literature with a proven track record of inspiring student achievement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Innovative and effective teaching methodologies that engage students and promote active learning.
