We are building a new team. We are also looking for an Accounts Payable Specialists.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Accountant.
This role will be mainly responsible for vendor invoice processing and supplier reconciliations.

Responsibilities:

  • Payment processing: Accurately apply incoming payments to customer accounts using various methods such as electronic funds transfer, checks, and credit card transactions,
  • Account reconciliation
    :
    Regularly reconcile accounts to ensure all payments are correctly applied and discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly,
  • Strong Domain knowledge for Cash applications,
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve payment issues, discrepancies, or inquiries, maintaining a high level of customer service,
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze reports related to cash application activities, providing insights into payment trends and account statuses,

Qualifications:

  • Proven Good command of English both written and spoken,
  • SAP experience is a must,
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics or related fields,
  • Experience in Accounting/Finance or similar dept,
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications and PC Skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Strong analytical skills and detail result oriented.
