Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Odoo Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo ERP modules to meet business requirements, ensuring system performance, stability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize Odoo modules based on business needs
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Customize and enhance standard Odoo functionalities
  • Integrate Odoo with third-party systems using APIs and web services
  • Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code
  • Provide technical support and resolve system-related issues
  • Collaborate with analysts, designers, and project managers

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 1–3+ years of experience in Odoo development
  • Strong proficiency in Python
  • Solid understanding of the Odoo framework and ORM
  • Experience with PostgreSQL
  • Knowledge of XML, QWeb, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Understanding of business processes (Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR)
  • Ability to work independently and within a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with recent Odoo versions (v14+ / v16+ / v17)
