Hayah Developments is seeking a highly experienced Engineering Consultant with strong expertise in both Architectural and Structural disciplines. The consultant will play a key role in reviewing designs, supervising technical coordination, and monitoring site execution for high-end residential villa and compound projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review architectural, structural, and MEP design packages to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  • Approve shop drawings and provide technical feedback to design and construction teams.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution quality and resolve technical challenges.
  • Coordinate closely with contractors, consultants, and project management teams.
  • Evaluate and approve material submittals and finishing samples.
  • Prepare technical reports and follow-up documentation for project progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of design standards, construction methods, and quality control.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Sheikh Zayed when required.
