Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Giza for a Technical Office Furniture & Design Engineer specializing in wooden and finishing contracting. The role includes the design and engineering of technical office furniture and wooden finishing projects while using computer-aided design (CAD) tools to create detailed designs and blueprints. The engineer will be responsible for interpreting project requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting product design processes, and ensuring all engineering standards and quality regulations are met.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Design Engineering and Product Design, with the ability to develop innovative and functional furniture and finishing solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering to ensure designs meet performance and safety standards.
  • Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and other relevant tools to create detailed and precise designs.
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, or a relevant field is required; experience in woodwork or finishing contracting is a plus.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, materials, and manufacturing processes for furniture and finishing projects.
